For 4 wraps:

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a little kick)

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 tablespoon butter (for toasting)

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Toss in the chicken, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stir and cook until warmed through (about 3–4 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream to make it creamy.
Step 2: Assemble the Wraps

Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar generously over the top.

Roll up tightly like a burrito, folding in the edges.
Step 3: Toast Until Ooey-Gooey

Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese inside is melty.
