Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps – Ooey, Gooey, and Ready in Minutes!

Ingredients

For 4 wraps:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a little kick)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

  • 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting)

  • Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Toss in the chicken, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir and cook until warmed through (about 3–4 minutes).

  • Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream to make it creamy.

Step 2: Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.

  • Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar generously over the top.

  • Roll up tightly like a burrito, folding in the edges.

Step 3: Toast Until Ooey-Gooey

 

  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  • Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese inside is melty.
