Grilled Sweet Potato Salad Recipe: A Smoky, Flavor-Packed Side Dish for Any Occasion

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, sliced into rounds

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)


Instructions

  • Toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill over medium heat 3–4 mins per side, until tender with grill marks.

  • Arrange grilled slices on a platter.

 

  • Top with onion, cheese, parsley, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
