1 lb ground beef

4 pineapple rings (fresh or canned)

4 slices cheddar cheese

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

4 burger buns

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

Lettuce, tomato, red onion (optional)

Butter or oil, for grilling
Instructions

In a bowl, season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Form into 4 burger patties.

Grill patties over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness.

During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with cheddar cheese and let it melt.

Grill pineapple rings for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly charred.

Toast burger buns on the grill or in a skillet.

Assemble burgers: place lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun (if using), then add the burger patty, grilled pineapple ring, a drizzle of BBQ sauce, and red onion.
