  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 lb scallops or firm fish (like salmon or swordfish), cut into chunks

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • Toss seafood with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Skewer the seafood or place in a grill basket.

  • Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.

 

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and parsley.
