  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or strawberry
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Prepare your workspace and gather all ingredients.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and almond flour.
