Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Rinse the pumpkin seeds thoroughly to remove any pumpkin flesh. Pat dry with a clean towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned pumpkin seeds with olive oil, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg if using. Mix well until evenly coated.
