In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve on a bun with preferred toppings.
