Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
