Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic.
Add in the cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the meatballs.
Toss the pasta and meatballs together, adding chopped parsley.
Serve garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
