Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces spaghetti or your choice of pasta
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  • Add in the cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the meatballs.
  • Toss the pasta and meatballs together, adding chopped parsley.
  • Serve garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
