barbecue sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, barbecue sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Brush each mini loaf with additional barbecue sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the mini meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
