Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, barbecue sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush each mini loaf with additional barbecue sauce.
