Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form small, compact bite-sized clusters on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Remove the bites from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
